Argan Oil - Argania spinosa

The Argan Tree belongs to the family of Sapotaceae and is more like a shrub than a tree.

The olive like fruit turns bright yellow when it ripens and each fruit contains 1-3 oval seeds that are approximately 2cm long. Inside each seed testa is a white, bitter kernel from which the oil is pressed.

This oil is very high in Oleic, Linoleic Acid and Vitamin E, which give it moisturising and replenishing qualities. It's ideal for skin, nail and hair care.
