Refining is via four on-site innovative batch refiners that can bleach and deodorize, perfect for high quality cosmetic grade oils.
One refiner has a ½ ton capacity and the other has a 1 ton capacity. Between the two refiners 125kg - 2600kg of oil can be bleached and deodorized per day.
Statfold has developed the expertise and the processes for winterizing oils to meet specific customer requirements on request.
Certain oils with high saturated fat levels may require winterizing to maintain clarity at low temperatures and to ensure there is no separation of the oil when an extended shelf-life is required.
