Yangu (Cape Chestnut) Oil - Calodendrum Capense

Yangu Oil comes from the seed of one of Africa's most beautiful forest trees, the Calodendrum capense.

The seeds are wild and are thus free of any contaminants. When the fruit ripens the pods split open and release black seeds from which the oil is extracted.

The oil is a natural product characterised by intrinsic Ultra Violet screening properties with a mild odour making it ideal for use in cosmetics and toiletries.

Its high content in Palmitic, Oleic and Linoleic Acid make it ideal for massage oil and face cream products.
